Transparent Blog
1. Open the image you want to add a transparent blog to.
2. Make a new layer and use the Rectangle Tool to make a box (I used white).
3. Make the opacity of the layer anywhere from 60 to 90%.
4. (OPTIONAL) Go to Edit- Stroke and change it to 1 px, Outside and pick a color in your image.
