Trailing Pictures
1. Paste the picture you want to use into paint.
I'm using purple flowers from smiley helper's stock photo page.
2. The picture will be selected when you paste it in. Don't click off! Put your mouse over the picture, hold down shift, then drag the picture all over the place. It should leave a trail of your picture behind it. :)
Whether a permanent glitch in paint or not, this effect can be pretty cool. =)
