1. Open Paint. (start- all programs- accessories- paint) Click on the Text Tool (the 'A')
1. Type in whatever you want, but in black.
3. Click off, then click the type tool again and type the same thing in, but highlight the text and change it to a color. Put your mouse over the dotted line around the text until you see a regular mouse arrow. No crosshairs, no resizes. When you see the mouse arrow you can move around the text, so position it a few pixels to one of the four corners.
My example is positioned toward the upper left corner.
If you have a colored background, try this with white instead of black. :)
