Make an Icon
Always wanted to make your own icon? Here I'm making one size 100 by 100 pixels, but yours can be any size, just use your size instead of mine.
STEP 1
Open Paint and go to Image- Attributes- and change the size to 100 by 100 pixels (or any small size is fine).
STEP 2
Find the pictures you want and right click and copy one of them. I'm using an image from here.
Next, open up Paint again (don't just click New- actually open it up a second time) and paste in your image.
Now crop it to just the part you want and go to Image- Attributes and change it to 100 by 100 pixels.
Press control + a (select all) then control + c (copy).
Paste it into the other Paint you opened earlier.
This is mine so far
STEP 3
Click on the Magnifier and zoom in 6x. Now select a color for your border and click on the pencil tool.
Holding down the shift key, drag your cursor across the very top row of the image so it makes a single row of pixels. Do the same for all the sides so it looks similar to this:
STEP 4
Now you can decorate it by drawing pixel sparkles or hearts or anything! You can also write your name or a cute saying.
