By visiting Smiley Helper, you are automatically under the following terms. If you aren't willing to follow our rules, go somewhere else please. =)
1. You may not redistribute our content. Redistribution is when you take our stuff and give it to other people. This includes, but is not limited to, graphics, tutorials, fun stuff, makers, tutorials or parts of tutorials, our layout, any of our coding, brushes, and everything else.
2. Rudeness and negativity are never tolerated (this includes swearing or inappropriate things- Smiley Helper is G rated). If your post on the message board/topsites/comments was deleted, it's because it was negative or inappropriate.
3. Don't claim you made our content. You didn't, so there's no point in lying.
4. You may not make derivative works of our content. What it means, put simply, is that you can't edit our stuff and use it for any reason. An example of this would be taking one of our pixels and making a site banner out of it.
