- About Me Banners: 300 x 150 px
- Buttons: 88 x 31 px
- Icons: 100 x 100 px
- Quote Graphics: 350 x 150 px
- Backgrounds, Blinkies, Cute Pixels, Flashing Graphics, Link Hovers, Site Pixels, Scribbles, and Welcome Signs can be any size similar to what we already have.
- All resources used for graphics should be from Smiley Helper, except fonts.

- Images - 600 x 600 pixels or smaller, without borders, saved as .gifs, .jpgs, or .pngs and compressed in size (in Photoshop go to File- Save For Web).
- Proper punctuation and spell checked.
- Small watermark that says "smileyhelper.com" in a corner on each image.
- If we accept your tutorial, you are giving all rights to the tutorial to us. That means you can't put it on your own site also.
- All resources in the tutorial should be from Smiley Helper. Exceptions: fonts don't have to be from us and stock photos can be from sxc.hu (but you should credit them in the tutorial).
- Steps should be numbered and not bolded.
